Cannot create a Hyper-V virtual switch

I can't create virtual switch in Hyper-V. I get an error: "Error applying Virtual Switch Properties changes. Failed while adding virtual Ethernet switch connections. The system cannot find the file specified."
I tried to reinstal Hyper-V function, I tried to use netcfg-d command, I tried to reinstal network card driver. Nothing helps.
I found easy fix:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/virtualization/cannot-create-hyper-v-virtual-switch

But when I try to install it I get message that this Easy Fix is not for my system.
I have 64-bit Windows 10, version 2004

Please help.
