It's just "Microsoft Corporation" in Russian. For whatever reason, you got the Russian version. The second thing is an uninstall menu, in Russian. I'd leave it alone-it's legit.
Found "kopпopaция Maйкpocoфт" Don't know what it is
I was going through my Control Panel and found this funky looking name. I'm not sure if this is malware or just an alternate name for "Microsoft Corporation" considering that the program associated with it is "Microsoft Visual C++". March 15 was a pretty long time ago so I don't remember downloading anything dangerous that day. Perhaps I did, not sure though. I'm hoping that someone out there can enlighten me as to whether or not this is a fake Microsoft program.
Thanks!

I checked to see if there were any other programs that were downloaded on March 15, 2015. It seems like the Russian program was the only thing that was installed that month. I tried to uninstall it and this was the first thing that came up. Not sure what to do next xD

2015-05-28T02:12:24+00:00 As near as I can tell, it is Russian -- searching via Bing for the publisher, it brings back this:
Multiple entries in the search results show: Kopпopaция Maйкpocoфт (Microsoft Corp.)
It appears that you installed a program on 3/15/15 that included the C++ Redistributable code. Sort the list by Installed On and see if there are any other entries for that date to provide a clue as to where it came from.
