Azure will not audit/store any SAS tokens which has been generated on a particular blob or container due to security reasons therefore It is not possible to get the list of previously generated SAS URLs because they are not stored anywhere in Azure Storage.
You can generate unlimited number of SAS tokens. But It is highly recommended to follow the best practices to avoid any security related issues while generating the SAS tokens.
