When using Access 2016 design view system allows me to use window popup by clicking right mouse click to copy or paste but when users are using the product that option is not available. What am I missing? attached picture indicate the availability on design view.

Not that crazy about this version of forum, older one was much easier to use. Logged in to create a different question and noticed your message. Sorry again for such a long delay. Users are on runtime version of access.
