Project for the web and linking to Planner

Question

I am trying to link a Project for the web with assigned tasks in Planner. I do not have access to company PWA as that is for the traditional PMs. I am in Engineering and trying to track smaller projects. I have a plan and assigned people, but there appears no linkage to Planner?
