Issue with account - cannot sign up for Pearson to take certification

I contacted Pearson because I was unable to register online for a certification test (MB-310) and they said I need Microsoft to fix my account. He mentioned something about my email being linked to two accounts that needs to be merged.

Please note I have a history of certifications on the email and want to make sure I retain those certifications with whatever troubleshooting is done.
