Hello, I am trying to access my email on my canvas (university) i use outlook.
AADSTS90020: The SAML 1.1 Assertion is missing ImmutableID of the user. I am getting this message. Please help me! what should I do?

If so, in order to further confirm if your issue is related to your outlook .com account or canvas, it's recommended to log in your account in outlook. com web mail to check if it could work normally, if the issue still exists there, it may be related to your account and it's suggested to post your issue in outlook. com forum to solve it better.
