Hello,

When I try to log in to Hotmail using my other account, I get the error message "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later". I forgot my password and this error appears when I try to get the security code by Cellphone/SMS.

I have tried this on several computers and cellphones. I've cleared cookies and cache, it isn't worked. This is going on for several months. Please suggest on how to solve this.

I am also getting the same error. Why is this error not getting fixed yet???
