Hi,

A few years ago, i obtain a server 2008R2 DATACENTER license on MSDNAA.

I also recently read that datacenter license allow unlimited virtual machine.

Why the activation by phone at Microsoft say me that it can't allow a second VM on my WIN10 computer using Hyper-V ?

Hi,
The Datacenter edition allows for an unlimited number of Windows Server guests and an unlimited number of Hyper-V containers running Windows Server.
Windows 10 licenses are separate, and singletons, so you need to have licenses for each VM.
It is always recommended to consult a MS licensing specialist if you have any questions of licensing.

Not clear what you're trying to activate but the MSDN (now visual studio) licenses would likely die with the subscription. You can download and install the 180 day windows server evaluations here from TechNet evaluation center.
