sending mail to peer reviewer after submitting the sharepoint form

sending mail to peer reviewer after submitting the sharepoint form
after filling the new form and who ever mentioned in the "peer reviewer" column he should get mail.
below is the form. is one line sending email workflow logic enough or do we need to add anything?
