outlook email account problem

Question

several email accounts showed up on a computers outlook app. These accounts were not added by the user and there doesn't seem to be any PST files associated with these accounts. The user tried to remove the accounts by deleting the email folders, but that did not work. there is no email setup for these emails but they still have been receiving new emails.

The accounts (dkomandt@wpjwa.com and ebowe@wpjwa.com) are two of the 5 email accounts that just showed up under this outlook that was only configured for asorce@wpjwa.com.
What can be done to remove these accounts and how did this happen?
