Windows Applications start prompting for x64 or x32

All applications suddenly started to prompt for x64 or x32, please suggest. The screenshot is attached.

    Hi,
    As you are getting a popup box asking which version to run I think
    one of the snap-ins that are included in compmgmt.msc is missing/corrupt
    or the compmgmt.msc file is itself corrupt somehow.
    So I think maybe running the System File Checker would be worth trying.
    From an admin command prompt: sfc /scannow
    Meanwhile did you do anything before this problem occurred? For example, installing updates?
    I also suggest that we could check for update to install new security updates. After update system file check if the issue still insists.
    If it's still the same, I think restore point is a quick option.

    We're facing this issue on all 100 windows servers. Servers are not corrupt.
