problem with outlook 2016 online mode search with more option, on exchange 2019

hi, @Lucas Liu-MSFT ,
in the same environment with others problem about search, we have another problem,

users have a folder from another mailbox that is shared,

When they seach in this folder writing text on general field we have correct result in the research:

if we use fied "from" or "to" the result of the research stop at 17/12/2020

is mabye a problem with index or a problem with outlook online mode like the other?

    1. Where did you search in Outlook client? I did not find the search bar you used in Outlook 2016. If you could, please share how you searched it.
    2. If you use "From" and "To" to search for email items in this mailbox, will this problem also occur?
    3. If you could, please try to use “From” and “To” to search for email items in outlook cache mode.
    4. Please try to search email items by using “Advanced Find” in outlook client. Search by "From" and "Send To".
