Changing Help Viewer font in Visual Studio

Can fonts--the fonts themselves, not their sizes--be changed in Microsoft Help Viewer in Visual Studio 2010 and subsequent Visual Studio versions?

    Hi @xcvbnm ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    I’m afraid, it is not possible to change the fonts of Help Viewer in Visual Studio 2010 and subsequent Visual Studio versions.

    You can only change text size, layout and other options in Help Viewer, instead of changing help viewer font. But some enhanced extensions for Help Viewer may meet your requirement.
