Hi,

I'm running Windows 7 on my laptop and have recently had troubles connecting to Wi-Fi. The problem found is 'Wireless capability is turned off'. I've checked the adapter is enabled, rebooted, re-installed the driver, tried installing a new driver (compatable with windows 7) and have tried a system restore but still having no luck and getting the same error.

Any more ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks

    Hi,

I've checked each thread and followed all troubleshooting steps that i hadnt already i.e. more power saving options. The thread below is the exact problem I'm having but the solution has not resolved mine (installing Lenovo energy management software and after installing hit Fn+F7)

    Thank you for the update.

Since you've exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue, we suggest contacting Lenovo Support to check the wireless adapter.

Please post back if you have any Windows concerns for further assistance.
