Can't open downloaded MS world file, then MS word start crashing

When I downloaded some MS word file, all of the files cant be opened. if I don't open those file it work like usual, but after I opened those file, it can't be open unless restart the computer.

I've reinstall MS word still can't open those downloaded ms file.
