Microsoft azure certification exam issue

Hi,

I scheduled AZ-203 exam today at 6:30 PM. I got stuck while starting the exam. I uploaded the photo, photo identification and workspace verification. After this it dint navigate to next process. I waited long time. My internet connectivity was also fine. I don't know what is the issue. I was unable to take the exam because of this issue. And now there is no option to reschedule the exam also.
