Difrerent view in Word Web App after use soft enter

Hi, i have problem with Word Web App and soft enter. If i write some text, justify it and next use soft enter on the end of line this line goes back but when I print document or use reading view it's looks good.     Thank you for your answer. The problem is that after using soft enter, the line at the end of which it was used shifts words to the left and looks unjustified, when printed or opened in classic Word it looks fine. This is confusing for users so I am looking for a solution.
