Vertex cannot validate address in my tax profile.

Question

I am trying to get monetized on Mixer, a streaming platform that requires me to fill out a tax form. When I went through the Microsoft tax profile procedures I finally arrived at the "Additional Information" tab where I was asked for my mailing and permanent residency address. I provided the details and was told that Vertex cannot validate either of the addresses, Which are the same address, and it cannot go any further due to the error. I have checked the information over and over and retyped and tried an old address and nothing has worked thus far. Very frustrating as it is the last thing in line to monetization.

Hey guys I may have good news here is what I did to fix the error issue. My guess is its related to the browser I did try on different pc´s and failed everytime.... But Then I tried it on my phone and it worked to my surprise. Let me know if this helps you guts as well best of luck friends
