Re-schedule the exam

I received email to reschedule my exam which was planned on 26th March 2020 but when I went to reschedule it was not allowing me to do it.

I tried to send emails as well ask for chat help but no luck

    I've had that happen to me and had to contact Pearson Vue to get it resolved, since they generally run the exam scheduling (assuming this is an Azure certification exam).

    Hi
    I have the same problem. I do not understand how to reschedule my exam for Microsoft and I want to contact Pearson vue.
    But I can also not find the contact details. Who should I turn to ?
    This process is a twilight zone.
