    Hi All,

This issue has been fixed. Actually our NetApp storage time was not sync with our AD due to that its giving the error while connecting the network drive.
After configuring the NTP server setting in our storage this issue is fixed.

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

May I know if the user can access to the Internet when network drive disconnect? And could you please help to provide related screenshot for further troubleshooting?

Meanwhile, if the network drive can connect with running the batch?

    Best Regards,
    Sunny
