Real Player/Real Times/Real Downloader

Real Downloader is not working right, any more! Its FRUSTRATING me!!!

  1. Unable to Download Videos
  2. When I right click on a video from my library, do a locate file, what comes up is either a blue clipboard, or no file at all!

3)The files used to be the same picture as what was in the library. But that's gone.

    I have a 2 fold problem:

    1.) The drop down square box is not appearing, when I want to download a video, and

    2.) The thumbnails isn't showing up in my file folder, for my downloaded videos that I need to "locate its file" on. It's either in written form, or in blue colored file boxes.
