When i try to install "Microsoft Monitoring Agent" on Windows Server 2012 R2 to connect to Azure Log Analytics (OMS) i'm getting error :
Event Viewer, EventID 36874, Source Schannel:
"An TLS 1.0 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The SSL connection request has failed." - Event Viewer

This is public forum and sharing log files here is not recommended because they contains personal information and in such a case, it is better to share them with Microsoft Support instead.
The Agent use TLS 1.2.
Disable on the server TLS 1.0 and enable TLS 1.2.

After a reboot try again.
