I was wondering how i would be able to print multiple PDF files in a folder in a particular order?  we print hundreds off a quarter and it would make our life easier if they could print alphabetically!  We have Adobe Acrobat X Standard

Hi Stephanie,

There are certain methods that you can do to print multiple PDF files in order. Kindly follow these steps and see if it resolves your concern:

  1. Open a folder that contains all the files you want to print.
  2. Using the tools in the folder window, arrange the documents so they are in alphabetical order..
  3. Select all the files to be printed.
  4. Right click on the first file in the selection. (It has to be the first document, not some other document in the set.) Windows displays a Context menu.
  5. Choose Print from the Context menu.

If that does not help, we recommend contacting Adobe Acrobat for further assistance.

Let us know the result.
