Recording a browser then dragging the browser to a new task view stops the video feed but not audio

So like two Windows updates ago I was able to have a separate browser open that is playing a video or stream. Now while the video or stream is playing/active, I click the task view on the task bar or swipe left in my case and it opens the virtual desktop. I drag the browser window to the second virtual desktop then go back to my main desktop view. I have OBS open on my main desktop window and I was able to record the video/stream from the second desktop while I work on the main window. Now after the updates whenever I drag the browser window to the second task view and switch back to my main window the video stops but the audio continues to play.

If you want to recreate it have something like youtube playing and have a recording software like OBS and set it on the youtube browser, you dont have to record just have it to view the browser. Now move the browser to a new task view virtual desktop, button next to the cortana button, and just drag and drop that browser to that virtual desktop view. Now go back to your main desktop view and look at the preview window of OBS, in fact you dont even have to click on the main desktop view because while you're still in the virtual desktop view all you need is to hover over your main desktop view and you'll see that the video feed will cut off while still playing the audio. Originally when you drag and drop a playing video browser to the virtual desktop view the preview window of OBS will still capture what's being played. Now you can't.

Don't know if anyone has ever have this happen to them after the updates or know of any solutions for it. Aside from getting a separate monitor.
