I had already tried that.As i said adobe is updated.

I am aware that you said "updated". However, "updated" is not the same as a uninstallation followed by a download & new installation.

As a test, what about using Edge to open PDFs?  Perhaps it's an Adobe problem?

If you go into the settings and default programs you should be able to set Edge as the default program from which to open PDFs.

I would uninstall Acrobat Reader, then re-install it.

Make sure to test several .pdf-files.
