Windows 10 Issue - Candy Crush and other crapware keep instantly reinstalling after uninstall

Hello,

I'm currently running Windows 10 Home (with the most recent update) on a brand new machine.

Everytime I click unistall Candy Crush or March of Empires, or the other unwanted bloatware junk it keeps instantly reinstalling. Literally, 2 seconds later its back.

I do NOT want that junk on my machine. Its a work computer please disable this spam of junkware in your next Windows 10 update.

It is impossible to remove, and you clearly have programmed it to be instantly reinstalled.

I would like to know the official Microsoft solution to not have it reinstall again on my machine. Ever.

Dude, i had the same problem.

The first time, i uninstalled this apps directly from Start Menu by right click-> uninstall. But whenever i restarted my pc, the apps icons still in Start Menu.

I had to click on to the apps in the Start Menu,  automatically Windows Store re-downloaded and re-installed apps.

So then:

1. Open Settings.
2. Click Apps.
3. Click Apps & features.
4. Locate the applications you are trying to uninstall.
5. Click Uninstall.

We appreciate the additional information. We recommend trying to remove the application thru the Settings app and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

1. Open Settings.
2. Click Apps.
3. Click Apps & features.
4. Locate the applications you are trying to uninstall.
5. Click Uninstall.

Malware? It's brand new, purchased directly from HP. It's literally just out of the box the only thing done with this machine after the initial Windows welcome setup was the Windows updates. Nothing else was added. No websites visited.

This is what I have tried.

1. I've clicked "Uninstall" from the Start Menu. It vanished, then came back, instantly.
2. I've clicked "Unpin" from the Start Menu. It vanished, then came back, instantly.
3. I went to Start -> Settings -> Apps, they aren't there.
4. I went to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Installed programs list, they aren't there.
5. Searched the hard drives (including all hidden and system folders) to see if I could locate any associated files or folders, nothing found.
6. Searched Powershell AppXPackages, not one single mention of those items.
7. Clicked "uninistall" then rebooted to see if that would make it stick, nope they came back.

My guess is that that there's something embedded in the "AppRepository" folder structure to ensure you can't get rid of the applications. Since there is no obvious "Candy Crush" name or mention in the AppRepository folder it's probably hidden among an obscure and unrelated item in there. But only you guys would know what and where.

Have you un pinned the Icon from the start page? as I have and they never reload.
