Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Exam Missing Discount after Workshop

Hello,

I was given an exam discount after attending the Microsoft workshop. I clicked on it to claim and moved on to Pearson VUE website.

Unfortunately, I was unable to schedule my exam due to some network difficulty on my side (so not actually claiming that voucher). I checked again today and I've lost the voucher and Pearson VUE is charging me $99.

Anyone had issues with this?
