Excel rango de valores

He realizado una tabla de excel en la cual necesito que si el sujeto es Masculino se utilicen una serie de fórmulas y si el sujeto es femenino se utilicen otras.

Cómo puedo hacer para que me den diferentes formatos las celdas dependiendo de si es masculino o femenino. Quiero decir: Si es masculino, los resultados de esa celda deben ser: <20 (verde), 21-25 (amarillo), >25 Rojo
Pero en esa misma celda quiero que si es mujer los resultados sean: <25 (verde), 26-30 (amarillo), >30 Rojo
