Not allowed to enter some digits of the Product-Key number

I bought a computer second hand. It already came with Win 10 Pro and the typical sticker with the Product key number is on the bottom. First time I used I didn't have to do any installation because it was supposed to be installed already. The second time I used it a message appears saying Win is not activated. While entering the Product key number I noticed it doesn't allow me to enter digits 1 and 0, and it happens that my code has one of those two digits, thus I can not install Win 10. Dumbest thing that has ever happened to me.

    Hi Alvaro8a

The following characters are not allowed in a Windows Product Key

    Numbers 015

    Letters AEIOU LNSZ

Please check the characters on that sticker again, sometimes it is easy to mix them up, or perhaps a spec of dust, or a missing part . . .
