Application Error Pop Ups

I get numerous Application Error pop-ups.  The errors are: ffprobe.exe, InstallUtil.exe, sc.exe, net.exe, and others.  They all say the same thing "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."  They will just pop up randomly even when I'm not doing anything.  Some days they don't pop up, but most days they do and they do it all day.  Can you please help.  TIA

    Hello,

Do a System File check and run DISM tool and post back the results in the next reply:

It will not let me run the "cmd prompt".  When I click on the "run as administrator" I get a pop-up with "cmd.exe - Application Error stating "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."
