    I have exactly the same setup and problem.

    Backups fail with the same error code and a message

    The mounted backup volume is inaccessible.Please

    retry the operation.

    Retry gives the same error message.

    The backup volume is a NAS box (WD My Book World Edition)

    Das gleiche Problem bei mir. Fehler 0x807800c5 beim Versuch ein Backup auf LAN NAS Server NAS69940 zu erstellen!

    Same issue for me on a fresh install of win8. By fresh, I mean formatted drive and no thirdparty software other than firefox

    I got the same error. Environment: Win 8 Pro 32 Bit, i do upgrade from Win7 Ultimate. Backup on Zyxel NSA320.
