unabled to login in app desk Microsoft teams

Question

I signed up for a free Teams account as a member of the organization.
I joined Teams and I was chatting with the rest of the team members.
Someone else signed me up as a guest on a paid Teams account.
When trying to accept the invitation and enter some type of error occurred that now does not allow me to access Teams from the desktop app in the account in which I am a member.
I can enter into the web app (from the browser). Also, in another laptop, I can enter Teams in the desktop app. I can also enter with the organization in which I am registered as a guest both from the desktop app and from the web app.

But I cann't enter into the desktop app in the laptop where had ocurred the error.

I have already uninstalled the teams app and reinstalled it and I still cannot access it.
On the last attempt to access, the organization no longer appears in the list to select it.

Can we understand someone invite you as a guest in their Team but you can only join as a guest from the web browser, was not working in the desktop app?
It recommends you try to clear the cache. Some user has fixed this issue by using the instructions from this article.
