Why can't I view my badges and trophies in microsoft learn ?

I completed a learning path in Microsoft learn a few months ago. At first I was able to see my badges. I recently logged in and I can only see a few of these badges. 3 out of 12 to be specific. Kindly note, my profile rightfully states I have the 12 badges and 1 trophy. However, they are not displayed in the achievements section. Similarly I am unable to see the trophy I earned. I have checked the whole learn platform. Is there somewhere I can go to view all these badges and the trophy ?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard

I have the same issue: all my learning badges and trophies are gone.
I have earned 9 Trophies and around 26 badges & reached upto Level 8 but now today it is showing 0 (Zero).
All of my trophies have disappeared.
Kindly look into this matter.

We had some issues with our achievement service, which caused some display issues, but the underlying issue has now been resolved. Are you still experiencing the issue?
