Connecting via rdp to the broker

Good morning.

When I try to connect to the farm (Windows 2019 Datacenter 1809) I sometimes receive this message, even repeatedly two or three or more consecutive times.
After a few attempts the connection is successful.

The message is as follows:

"The remote computer has sent a server authentication certificate. Connection aborted. Try to re-establish the connection. If the problem persists, contact the owner of the remote computer or the network administrator."

However I have not found solutions to the problem... What can I do?

To connect I use mstsc.exe

There are many errors and both of them are:

remote desktop service start failed. The relevant status code was 0x8007045B
