I am aware that SP 2010 and 2013 Designer workflows do not trigger workflows upon anonymous submission but I was wondering if Power Automate flows would work with anonymous submission? I could not find any information online so looking to hear from the experts here.

Could you confirm if a Power Automate "workflow" tied to a SharePoint list would start if an anonymous user submitted an item?

Using the Data Management Gateway, workflows for on-prem resources are started based on the Trigger of the Power Automate flow; this Trigger is connected to SharePoint using a specific account you define in the flow, thus yes if an anonymous user can perform an action that triggers a flow (such as creating or modifying a file in a specific Document Library), the flow will run.

Power automate is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

I understand, I did post there but don't seem to find someone who can help me since it is SharePoint related. I just need to know if a Power Automate would trigger (when new item created - start condition) upon anonymous submission to SP List.

    Hi, @Mikello ,

Anonymous access is not supported in SharePoint Online any more, so we are no able to share the list to a guest user. So a anonymous user cannot create an item in the list. Flow will not be triggered. And per my test, if the flow is set to be triggered on file creation or modification, it will be triggered if a guest user modifies the file.

Thank you! I had no site to test this on so was looking for someone who has possibly tried this.
