Hello, I connected to do the exam as usual. I passed the test that Microphone, Internet and Cam are working. The person who connected said they didn't see me, I restarted the OnVUE app and it kept happening. He asked me that if I had another computer and told him not to, automatically without giving me the option to schedule another date or look for a computer like a tablet with windows has closed the exam window and I can't do it. I need a solution to the problem. I have the right to take the test since I've passed the previous system test. And the person who has taken care of me has only been with me 5 minutes without trying anything and of the 5 minutes, 2 minutes been restarting the application.
