Samsung multi function printer Scan Hardware I/O error in windows 10 after updated

I/O error while communicating with the device.please wait and try scanning again, if it does not help,please turn the device off, then swicth it on and wait while it warms up.

but i didn't get solution to work my scanner

    I found solution 100% working.

    Below is the patch link to solve your Samsung printer I/O error in Windows 10

    once you run above patch just restart your pc.

    Before I give troubleshooting steps, I would request you to provide following information -

    A. What is your computer's make and model? For example Lenovo T470

    B. What is your printer's model number?

    C. What is the Windows version and build? (To check this, type winver in Windows Start Search box and click winver)

    D. What troubleshooting steps have you already undertaken?

    HP / Samsung released a hotfix for this - i spoke to them now on the phone

    If you are using the Samsung Easy Printer Manager I had to Add and change the default printer in the advance setting to the Samsung M2070 Series using the IP address and not the USB Port printer. As soon as I did that it worked.
