HCK test - ELAM logo test failed - windows 8.1 x64

I'm running a HCK test on windows 8.1 x64. ELAM Logo test fails. I could see this following message in the error log : "Multiple ELAM drivers are initialized. Please ensure that only one elam driver in used for WHCK testing" How to make sure that only one elam is initialized ? Can some one help me overcome this issue ?

    I recommend opening a case with CSS for assistance and providing an HCK package for them to assist you.
