Two blank lines at end of SSRS CSV Export.

When exporting report from SSRS in CSV format, it always appends two blank lines at the end.

One of the blank line resolved after altering RSReportServer.config with <ExcelMode>False</ExcelMode>. But the second blank line is still there. I can't figure out what cause the second blank line. Any help?????
