Privileged Identity Management Elevation

Is it possible to “stack” Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Just in Time requests? If I activate for a certain time frame, would I be able to activate another set of elevations before that time period runs out, to ensure deployments aren't failing with an "unauthorized" designation? Thank you for any assistance
