Need files for 21318 build - 21313 bonked my PC

21313 has bonked my PC. Windows update is broken (Something went wrong) - windows update troubleshooter crashes. Many of the DLLs seem to be corrupt? Feedback hub does not open. Powershell crashes on open. My restore point is gone. Cannot 'go back' that option is gone. I have 21286 iso to do a repair install, but it wants to do a clean install. What to do, what to do next...

    Hi,
The only public download on microsoft.com is the latest version.
Other options may be the volume licensing center or via visual studio subscription downloads (assuming you have access).
Also, you could refer to the following link:

I'll have to wait for a newer version on FlightHub, then I guess.

Right now I have (a broken) 21313 install, and cannot repair it with an older ISO.
That's why I was looking for the ISO for 21313 or 21318.

From the notes for dev build 21327

We’re investigating an issue where devices with Bitdefender installed may experience a black screen and/or explorer.exe crashes after upgrading to builds 21313 and higher. If you are running Bitdefender, you may choose to pause updates until we release a build with a fix.

Hello. Bitdefender? We may have a winner.

Beta build is still working, so I guess I'll have to wait for this fix to go back to the dev channel.
