Setting up Clarity on a SharePoint communication site

I have created a SharePoint Communication site at my company and would like to use Clarity. After getting access to Clarity I created a new project but I'm stuck at the setup. The options seem to be install tracking on third-party platforms; SharePoint is not listed. Or copy some script code into the <head> element and as far as I can tell I don't have access to the <head> element in SharePoint. So how do I get Microsoft Clarity to work with Microsoft SharePoint?
