Request to send my profile to the Pearson VUE system.

Hi, I have took Virtual Training in last couple days. after I waited 5 business days, when I tried take the exam with "Schedule with Pearson VUE", I needed to re-login and this error message was displayed : "Please login with your personal Microsoft Account (eg: @ hotmail.com) to create / edit your Microsoft Certification profile." After that I tried chat twith he costumer service agent, and He/She said to try request to Microsoft to send my profile to Pearson VUE System because my profile was not there. So, can you help me to send my profile to Pearson VUE system so I can take the exam? here I attached our conversation with costumer service agent as reference. Thank you.     Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
