microsoft no reconoce mi licencia, que debo hacer?

![72176-captura6.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/72176-captura6.png?platform=QnA Tuve un problema con mi Pc y tuvieron que formatearla, luego estoy intgentgando reinstalar mi office 2019 Pro pLUS (Mi licencia de office 2019 figura en mi cuenta) LO VOLVI A DESCARGAR DIRECTAMENTE DE MI CUENTA, ya complete los pasos de la descarga e instalacion, y cuando abro word me sale la notificacion del asistente de configuracion y coloco mi clave de la licencia y no lo reconoce, que puedo hacer, necesito que soporte tecnico me responda.
