Authenticator way to login and backup?

Question 1.
How can I make manually backup accounts?
Today, I have add new account, and see Authenticator not make backup. Last backup is from yesturday.
Account backup's in cloud is acctive.

Question 2.
Application show login code for Microsoft. How or how way can I use this code?
I see only information: "Confirm your login" when I try login.

When my phone is offline and I try login to Google. I see these options:

Microsoft show only one option: "Accept login on by phone".
When phone is Offline, I can't use code from Authenticator and write it.
