I had previously created an Azure AD connect with the on-prem domain. I no longer required it. I processed the AD connect wizard and disabled the Single sign on. I stopped the AD Sync service. I set the EnableSynchronization to $false with PowerShell. I deleted all onprem users from Azure AD, I removed the domain from domains list in Azure. I still see the domain listed in the AZure AD connect tile, under Single Sign on and I am getting continuous health alert emails.
