Azure AD Sync with OnPrem and Single Sign on

I had previously created an Azure AD connect with the on-prem domain. I no longer required it. I processed the AD connect wizard and disabled the Single sign on. I stopped the AD Sync service. I set the EnableSynchronization to $false with PowerShell. I deleted all onprem users from Azure AD, I removed the domain from domains list in Azure. I still see the domain listed in the AZure AD connect tile, under Single Sign on and I am getting continuous health alert emails.

Hi @Carol Miller , You will have to manually delete the Sync server from AD Connect health portal. Refer: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/reference-connect-health-faq#installation-questions
