hello I have tried to create an account in azure to start testing the cloud and to be able to offer these services to my clients but it has been impossible for me I have taken more than 4 attempts with different accounts and it tells me that I am not suitable for a free account that only pay per use, I tried with my 2 cards, one credit and one debit and in both cases the same thing happens to me, in both I have a balance, hopefully someone who can help me because I even try with a microsoft account that I have from my university and the same.
Azure Free-Account
hi, i've created a Azure free account recently in order to familiarize myself with MS Azure,
but i am wondering if there is some services that should be paid?
i am normally thinking that all services i am using at the moment - are free.

There are products that are "always-free" and there are products that are "free for 12 months" during the Azure free account period.
You'll find more information here:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/Click on the "View Full list of products free for 12 months" and "View full list of always-free products" for more information.
Here's also some more information:

For learning, you can use almost all services. Just watch out the balance that you got with free account from subscription > cost analysis tab. Once the balance is over, you won't be able to use services anymore. You will have option to upgrade account to pay-as-you-go.
