Glich issue in microsoft phone

Question

The Microsoft rep has verified that our certificates are fine, and that the IIS server is configured properly on the main OCS server. The IIS logs also show that these 8 phones are trying to authenticate over port 80, instead of port 443 (which all of the working phones continue to do). Forcing the phones to use SSL doesn't change the outcome - they still try to connect via port 80 instead of 443.
