Calculating Average with exception to values with zeros

Hi PBI Community,

I am looking to calculate an average across some pricing values to get an Average Retail Price (ARP). The problem i'm running into, I am getting ARP values that are dividing pricing values with zero in them. See in the example below:

I need my formula to return the average of the Base and Promo price value, but only populate the base price for the ARP if the promo price value is zero.

  • My measure:
    ARP = ('Data Summary'[Base Price]+'Data Summary'[Promo Price])/2

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
